Woodbury College is proud to provide the Intellectual Property Law concentration in
the Master of Science in Law degree, the nation’s only fully online program that offers accessible and valuable law education to non-lawyers. The core courses equip professionals with knowledge in the areas of legal language and analysis, contracts, information privacy, litigation, constitutional issues, regulatory law, liability, and alternative dispute resolution.
Our Intellectual Property Law concentration:
- Examines the protection of technology through the federal patent system and the state law of trade secrets
- Explores the types of subject matter eligible for copyright protection and the scope of copyright infringement; and
- Provides invaluable information on protectable trademarks, the trademark registration process, and infringement standards
